Journées nationales de la Stérilisation
« The choice of Marseille and its Exhibition and Convention Centre was a huge success shared by the whole team. Moreover, the attractiveness of the location was also a way of ensuring large registration numbers. The layout of the exhibition spaces and catering facilities for 1600 people in the Palais des Evénements, opposite the Palais des Congrès, contributed to the smooth running of our convention. »

French Society for Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery Convention
« We wanted a local team to organise our convention, but without compromising on our requirements in terms of professionalism. Marseille Chanot is just what we needed, both in terms of organisation and accessibility, especially with its connection to numerous airlines. It is true that people sometimes have preconceptions about Marseille, but they are usually won over by the time they leave and eager to come back. »

National Convention of the French Institute of Chartered Accountants
« Professionalism and flexibility. These words sum up the organisation of our 66th National Convention of the French Institute of Chartered Accountants in 2011 in Marseille. We received individual assistance which met all of our needs, even at the last minute! We worked with the team at Marseille Chanot to create layouts that were specific to our various events, and to host our participants at the gala evening which took place in the Palais de l’Europe. Using the 3200-seat plenary venue in the Palais des Evénements was a real bonus in terms of accommodating numbers for our lectures. We were able to host 4500 participants on a single site in the centre of the city for 3 days, with everything we needed to make our convention a success (accessibility, accommodation, etc.) »

World Water Forum
The 6th World Water Forum was held over 5 days at Marseille Chanot.
This major event made use of all the spaces at the Exhibition and Convention Centre, a total of around 100,000 sq m.
« In order to win our bid to host the World Water Forum, we had to meet specific reception and logistics requirements. The Marseille Exhibition and Convention Centre is fully flexible. We were able to create auditoriums, put on exhibitions and completely transform the site in order to handle the 30,000 delegates with ease. SAFIM provides good follow-up and problems were taken care of and resolved, sometimes before we were even aware of them. We really worked together on this one! »
